   We will put your account in 'sleeping mode' (desactivated), when ever you need it again just send us an email and we will reactivate it. As per your money there are 2 options:
   - We can refund your credit card of the deposit amount or,
   - Your credit can stay in your account for next time consume.

I re-installed the program and it now seems to be working again.

Please note that Add/Remove programs does not remove it completely. It is then necessary to go into Program Files and delete the previously installed folder to completely remove all stored information and do a fresh install. When a re-install is necessary, it does not re-install properly unless EVERYTHING
is removed. This was my experience.

Thank you very much for the dialer. We've just returned from a week plus in Singapore/Malaysia and made use of your system at every stop.
Congratulations on an excellent service. Even without the dialer we were able to easily connect.
The only issue we encountered, I think most in Taiwan, was being unable to get a perfect connection. Usually it'd connect, but sometimes not complete the PPP protocol. Also, often the connections were 28000 baud, and only rarely 54000. Be that as it may, it was perfect for e-mail. One number you gave for Taiwan, I think 412 3000 (possibly 450 3000) is not an internet connection. A person answers the phone. But I didn't update my directory previously...

Again, an excellent service!
